Thank you for choosing to make a one-time payment. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. They are an agreement between you and Orbix Hot Glass.
By clicking on the "submit" button on the payment page, you agree to these Terms and Conditions for Payments and authorize Orbix Hot Glass to (a) initiate a credit/debit card payment from the checking or savings account you specify, or (b) charge your specified credit card. The amount of any such payment will be the amount specified in the payment screen shown during the payment process.
You also authorize Orbix Hot Glass to credit your specified bank account or credit card in the appropriate amount for any refunds or other billing adjustments.
You agree to be bound by any rules your financial institution requires for ACH debit transactions or that your debit card or credit card issuer requires for debit card or credit card transactions.
ORBIX HOT GLASS SHALL BEAR NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSSES OF ANY KIND THAT YOU MAY INCUR AS A RESULT OF AN ERRONEOUS STATEMENT, ANY DELAY IN THE ACTUAL DATE ON WHICH YOUR ACCOUNT IS DEBITED, OR YOUR FAILURE TO PROVIDE ACCURATE AND/OR VALID PAYMENT INFORMATION.
Orbix Hot Glass reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of any such change may be given on the orbixhotglass.com website or by other methods.
Collection of Information
We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request.
The Site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Site, and understanding how visitors use the Site. Cookies can also help customize the Site for visitors. Personal information cannot be collected via cookies and other tracking technology, however, if you previously provided personally identifiable information, cookies may be tied to such information. Aggregate cookie and tracking information may be shared with third parties.
Distribution of Information
We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.
Commitment to Data Security
Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. Any emails and newsletters from this site allow you to opt out of further mailings.
We make every effort to make the highest quality hand blown glass consistent to each of our unique designs. We are a small art glass studio and each piece is important to us. Please remember that due to the fact that each piece is handmade one at a time, sizes are all approximate and colors have subtle variations. Each piece is very close to the original design pictured, but all are unique. Having said that, please notify the studio immediately if there is a problem with the condition of the item.
We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please return merchandise with / in original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please refer to "How to return an item” for detailed instructions. Unfortunately we are unable to provide online exchanges. If you wish to make an exchange, we ask that you return the original item for a refund and purchase the desired item through the website as a separate transaction or give us a call at 256.523.3188.
How to return an item:
All returns must be authorized by Orbix Hot Glass. Please send your return request to email@example.com with your order number and list of items you would like to return. Upon receipt of a confirmation email, pack the merchandise in the original package if possible and send pre-paid and insured to:

Please be mindful that Orbix Hot Glass will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. When your return is received, we will credit the card used to make the original purchase. We will process your return immediately but the time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank and/or credit card company.

How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by contacting us at email@example.com. We will do our best to respond within 24hrs. If you do not get a response within 24hrs, we are more than likely experiencing an unusually high volume. We promise to respond as soon as possible.
How can I change my order?
You can send changes to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to make changes to your order as long as it has not been especially made or shipped.
What credit cards do you accept?
Orbix Hot Glass accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
How do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax of 7.5% will be charged only on items shipped within Alabama. No tax will be applied to orders outside of AL.
What is your shipping policy/method?
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS. Rates are determined by weight and destination. Orbix Hot Glass does not ship to multiple addresses per order. Orders placed will be shipped within two weeks. Items in stock will be shipped within two days. Some custom pieces can take up to 3 to 4 weeks. We ship UPS: Ground, 2nd day and Overnight (if the item is in stock) . We also ship international orders. Each piece is custom packed so handling charges vary.
Orders received on weekend days, holidays, and after 12:00 noon CST will be processed the following day.
