Production Time

All Orbix Hot Glass products are made to order in our Alabama studio. Because our work is made by hand, orders typically take 1-3 weeks to ship depending on the quantity and type of items ordered. We appreciate your patience and understanding of our process and the time that it takes to make your order. If you have questions about when your order will ship, please contact us.

Shipping Information

All orders within the continental U.S. are shipped via the best available shipping option with either FEDEX, UPS or USPS. Your package should arrive 3-7 business days from date of shipment. Please note that FedEx and UPS do not ship to PO or APO addresses. If you indicate shipping to a PO Box, the package will be shipped via USPS. The day that your order is shipped you will be sent a confirmation and tracking number from the carrier to your email address.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax of 7.5% will be applied to orders placed only within the state of Alabama.

Liability

All orders will be carefully packaged and insured, however we are not responsible for theft or damage to packages once delivered or if the shipping address you provided is an incorrect address. If you do not want a package left at your door you must contact us when you place your order to require a signature for delivery.

Expedited Shipping

Because of the size and weight of our work, we do not offer overnight, 2-day, or weekend deliveries. Please contact us if you need to expedite your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

International Shipping

Regrettably, we do not ship to international destinations for online orders.
